The foundation for all our Speciality drinks is the perfect espresso, rich and strong, brewed from a blend of the finest beans from all around the world.  Our espresso is made from a special blend of Brodies Arabica beans chosen for their intense aromatic flavours and quality of performance during extraction.

Espresso
A rich intense & aromatic concentration of coffee taste and aroma topped with a dense golden-brown foam called la crema.
 
Cappuccino
An espresso topped with equal parts of steamed and foamed milk, finished off with a light dusting of chocolate powder.

Café Latte
Espresso with a generous amount of steamed milk topped with foamed milk to seal in the warmth.

Americano
A classic long black coffee made with real espresso and hot water.

Decaffeinated Americano
A long black coffee made with real espresso (without the caffeine) and hot water.

of steamed and foamed milk, topped with a generous helping of chocolate dust.
